## About

The Fractional Exec Community (FEC) is a paid operator community for experienced executives who are transitioning to or already operating as fractional executives. Founded in 2022 by Zachary King, a fractional GTM executive based in Australia, the community provides practical resources, direct mentorship, and a powerful network to help members build thriving fractional practices.

The community serves operators across sales, marketing, operations, and product who want to leverage their expertise on their own terms. With over 980 vetted applicants (56% C-level executives, 18% founders), the community represents serious executive firepower concentrated primarily in the APAC region.
